Really appreciate this company. I've worked with more than a few restoration companies over the years and they by far are the most professional and prepared. The technicians were a bit young but super knowledgeable and prepared. Strongly recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Communication has been nearly nonexistent—I’ve had to call, text, and email multiple times just to get a response. When I asked why there had been no timely communication, I was met with nothing but excuses. On the occasions when they did show up to our scheduled appointments—appointments I took time off work for—they were consistently late. I don’t mean a few minutes late either. They were HOURS late. The quality of workmanship has been unacceptable. Despite multiple return visits to correct their subpar repairs, the issues remain unresolved. We had flooring replaced in our kitchen, but only part of the agreed-upon area was completed. To make matters worse, the crew took the remaining flooring materials with them. I notified the company immediately, pointing out both the mismatch in flooring and the fact that materials were taken. They claimed they would contact the workers to have the materials returned, but this never happened. There are visible gaps where the flooring doesn’t sit flush against the walls or cabinets. The quarter round doesn’t even cover the gaps. The toekick and baseboards were never reinstalled. Under the fridges, they left two pieces of the old flooring. The floor creaks and shifts when walked on. They were supposed to continue the flooring into the dining room, but you can clearly see where the mismatched material ends. We are now working with a mediator between ERT and our insurance company to address the ongoing problems. Unfortunately, the company misrepresented the situation to the mediator, falsely stating that only a few pieces of flooring were taken. In my experience, this company has been consistently dishonest and unprofessional. The photos will speak for themselves. I strongly recommend choosing a company that values integrity and quality workmanship. This company is not that.

Great service and communication Izaiah helped us after a basement flood and did an incredible job. He was quick, professional, and explained everything clearly. The place looked spotless afterward. Couldn’t recommend him more!

I honestly wish I could give a 0 star review. This company has been the worst. From workers smoking cigarettes in their van with the windows up right before entering our home to installing the wrong color floor and taking the extra floor boxes so we couldn’t see what color was put down. The color is obviously wrong and they are refusing to come make it right. We have quarter round that wasn’t even attached to the base board, parts of the floor under the fridge aren’t even covered, baseboard that wasn’t put back. It is very LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Despite being very patient and giving them time to fix their mistake, they refuse. Not a phone call back, email, text… This company should be ashamed of the way they run a business.

This company is amazing! We really love their punctuality and efficiency in getting the job done thoroughly and affordably. We especially love Izaiah. He's an outstanding and communicative member of the team.

My unit was repaired because of flood damage. I am more than pleased with the results and the manner in which they were accomplished. I would like to commend Nathan Howard of ERT for his professionalism, knowledge, patience and efficiency. His helpfulness and caring made my unfortunate situation bearable.

I had a great experience with Izaiah and the Emergency Response Team. They were quick, efficient, and professional in taking care of the cleanup I needed done. Everything was handled smoothly and on time, highly recommend their services!
