My five year warranty is not enough for the amount of leaks I've had to deal with. UPDATE: escalante came over to inspect the roof and gave me quotes to fix whatever problems we're currently on the roof. What they did not mention is that I had a huge bubble underneath my air conditioner where water was getting in. I'm not a roof expert but I can clearly see that as a problem.
Escalante Enterprise has been fabulous to work with. They did our flat roof about 3 years ago. We had a small issues this summer and they responded within an hour fixed the issue and took care of the minor repairs inside. I would highly recommend them

I want to thank Ms. Rosa, Jessica, Emiliano, Miguel, staff and above all Mr. Escalante who oversaw the project. The project was a new roof, replacing all the soffit and fascia. After several estimates from different roofers my choice escalante enterprises was the right one. Their responses, estimates and execution were very professional. Kudos to Mr. Escalante who takes the time as an owner to make sure the work is done right from the beginning to the finish. My corner home went from the ugly duckling to a beautiful home. what a difference. Highly recommend
