We had this company come out to give us an estimate to repair our roof. They said they would come between 2 and 3 PM but did not show up until 4:45 and did not call to let us know that they would be late. When Felix arrived he immediately told me the repair would be $1500 without getting on the roof or inspecting anything or even asking what the problem was. I asked how he could give me an estimate without inspecting the damage and he said "I’ve been doing this for over 25 years so I know what I’m doing." I then asked if he would please go up and inspect the roof to make sure it wasn’t going to cost considerably more than what he was quoting me, even though he has no idea what was damaged, and he refused, got in his car and left. Why even come out to my house if you’re not even going to do anything? What an absolute joke.
