We have worked with Milliken Construction over the course of several projects at our home, from roofing to flooring installation, painting and bathroom remodeling. Jason was always courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. The crews were well versed in their specialties, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for any type of construction/remodeling project.

I usually would not leave a review like this but feel i have to in order to warn others. Miliken came to my house 10 years ago to repair water damage. They redid an entire master bath and it looked great on the surface. Fast forward to this month where i had another water leak underneath the bathroom (different area) and lo and behold the mold remediation company had to remove everything that Miliken previously repaired. Now that some walls had to be removed, it is obvious they cut corners back then. All the paint was directly painted on the drywall with one coat only (they didn't use primer which is why it never looked smooth), they covered half of the bathtub enclosure with regular sheet rock and not the waterproof one and the niche is held together by some flimsy plaster and piece of woods that a 5 year old could have done. Of course, none of this is visible to the eye unless you cut the walls and see behind what they did behind the scenes. What a scam! And of course they charged USAA an arm and leg for this mess.

Ted and his team of professionals did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and repairing parts of our house after a significant water leak. Honest, above-board and always had the best interests of my family when walking us through our options. This was the first contractor I've used that did not cut corners and used quality materials and expert craftsman. My carport roof was damaged by the wind. My insurance company referred me to Milliken Construction Co. The representative came promptly to assess the damage and make an estimate on the repairs needed. The insurance company approved the job. Milliken Construction Co sent a crew to complete the repairs. Their work was done professionally and quickly. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Milliken Construction has made a big difference in our home. We started off wanting our back closed in patio to be part of our front room. Ted and Chris came into our home constructed the look we wanted. Our second project was removing our carpet and replacing it with wooden floor. The job was outstanding and it gave our room a total look, have gotten many compliments on the house.
