FAS has been GREAT to work with, from their techs to front office, service, & array of services they provide is very convenient as well. They explain everything well for you to understand & provide some tips to keep certain things in best shape. Techs have been very knowledgable & on point. It’s very rare to find a business we can trust & be reliable… also GREAT with communication in every aspect! KUDOS for sure! Gobirds!

We have had them out on multiple occasions over the past year with the most recent service being the final straw. Their professionalism is a joke. They have talked down to multiple managers as well as the owner of the restaurant just because they are females. Their scheduling is they show up when they want even when they state they will be there at 8am. Never arriving before 8:45. It started with them doing $5000 in service to two of our grills. After the service was completed, both grills still threw the alarm codes. The tech came out on three separate occasions to try to fix the error codes. Finally leaving us with the solution of just turn it off and back on when the alarm comes on. Exactly what we were doing before they serviced the units. This is for a piece of equipment that you are supposed to be "certified" on. They installed both our walk-in cooler and freezer cooling units. To get access to the walk-in cooler, they had to cut a hole in our storage above the walk-in cooler. Which is completely understandable you can’t reach through walls. If you cut a 2‘ x 2‘ hole though on a platform you know we use a storage and is right in front of our AC filter access would you not patch the hole you cut. Especially after I called and asked if anyone was going to come out and patch the hole. Finally, they came out to install a new walk-in freezer door. Our walk-in freezer that they installed a little over a year ago was working correctly with a door with a partial seal. Upon their departure, the unit would not get below 25°. Called FAS the following morning because they were coming out to finish work on the door anyways. Notified them that the unit would not get below 25° since they left the previous day. They proceeded to blame it on our truck that delivers overnight and stated the unit just needs more time to cool down. If we would like to pay for a service call to come out and inspect the unit we could do that. Upon our own investigation, we found that the breaker that controls the fans was still turned off. We called FAS to notify them that they did not turn the breaker back. They proceeded to state that it must’ve tripped In the middle of the night. There was no indication of a tripped breaker(no orange flag/breaker to the right not in the middle) the breaker was off. Upon turning the breaker into the on position, the walk-in freezer reached temperature within 20 minutes and has not "tripped" again. Being the large company in town that services all of the franchise and corporate restaurants, This is sad to see that this is the quality of that we can expect in the city.

That company charged me $150 service fee and told me the ice makers no good. I had my dishwasher at the restaurant put a new gasket and cleaned it and it works just fine. They ripped me off $150 and didn't even look at it.
