We have just completed a kitchen remodel project with Lior Shporen from Floors to Ceiling Restoration. I won't bore you with details, Instead, I'll share with you all the qualities I wanted in a contractor and relate them to my experience with Lior. First and foremost, I wanted a contractor that I felt I could trust, someone that wouldn't tell me what I wanted to hear and then take shortcuts in the background. Lior was just that, he's direct, says what he thinks is right, documents the agreement, and then delivers per those commitments. Lior was in constant communication with me throughout this process and always treated me like I was his most important customer. Lior scheduled and managed all the sub contractors (plumbing and electric) and kept me informed of who would be coming into my house and what they would be doing each day. We wrapped work on our project today and I couldn't be happier with the results. Lior kept us on budget and on the schedule he promised. I would recommend Lior Shporen without hesitation! I have used Floors To Ceiling Restoration for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Lior has been the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. He is not the type to collect the money and deliver poor service. On the bathroom remodel, there was an issue with the shower glass door months after the job was completed.
