Larry completed two projects at our home recently - waterproofing/fixing a basement leak and creating a drain in the driveway where water was accumulating after rainstorms. We were very happy with the whole process. It was completed in a timely manner and he stuck to the budget that he proposed. He talked through both projects in detail so we knew his plan. Larry communicated well throughout with texts/pictures for updates. I believe him to be extremely capable and would be happy to work with him in the future again.

Larry helped us solve a mystery. We recently moved into a house with basement that had flooded. 5 visits from various basement and flood experts told us nothing. Larry arrived and investigated the problem. Even before we had signed on, he spent an hour figuring out exactly what had caused the flood. He was the only person we spoke to who opened and tested our existing sump pump to confirm the precise cause. It was complicated, but Larry figured it out on the spot. His estimate was fair and not a dime too much. The workmanship was great. I would recommend Larry for an expert assessment of your basement water flow or flooding issues. He also does the work himself, unlike many other services.

Larry did a great job installing a drain in front of the garage and diverting the water away from the house. He was very helpful answering questions and giving suggestions what would work so we don’t have water backup into our basement. Would hire him again for future projects.

Larry is a magician. He changed our ugly, old basement to beautiful basement. He is honest, very reliable business owner. I worked 3 different contactors before, noone was like him. We started with waterproofing project and continued to all renovation of our basement. He never came with unexpected cost. He did whatever he promised and he did more. He worked like he is renovating his own house. This was our first project, and we will continue to work with him for our other projects at home. I highly recommend him whoever is planning to work.

Larry was a punctual and professional. Larry did waterproof my basement (water entering through a wall) and sealed above ground openings. Larry did clean up upon completion and did remove all debris & garbage. Larry also followed up during thunderstorm to ensure no water was entering basement. I will use Larry for future projects.

I’ve had sewer backup problems in my basement the last few years. I’ve contacted several plumbers in the area to install a back-flow valve. They either said it wasn’t possible or they just don’t get back to you. I saw Larry working on a neighbor’s house and asked him about my problem. Less than a week later, he had installed the valve in one day at a reasonable price and left the basement as clean as he found it. I would highly recommend Larry for any plumbing work you need.

We hired Larry to install a French drain on the side of our house where we had water leaking into our garage in Westchester. He did a terrific job and came in well below other estimates. He was on time every day and did very high quality work. He takes pride in his work and I would be happy to hire him again.
