We were recommended to Sedona from a local plumber when asking about basement waterproofing as we see maybe an inch of water in our basement during a few days of rain. Although we are in Rock Hill, Dan from Sedona came right down to talk through our options, and although waterproofing isn't inexpensive, we felt very comfortable with how Dan laid everything out for us, and felt the investment was worth it to save us hours of cleanup each year, and foundation protection. Travis, the installer lead came to our home when we were out of town for the week and he was very communicative and ensured we were updated every step of the way. Dan sent pictures halfway through, which also was very helpful for us to see the progress when we were out of town. Ultimately the job took a week. For anyone who is considering this service, I would highly recommend removing everything from the basement that you can and storing it someplace where it will not collect dust as it is a very dusty process! Of course we highly recommend Sedona for basement waterproofing services!!

Travis and Hunter did incredible work on my crawlspace! The work was done in just a couple days, they cleaned up after themselves incredibly well it looks like they were never here. They were also super nice to myself, my son, and our two dogs! Thanks guys! Also the new door they built for my crawlspace is amazing!

Travis and Hunter did an outstanding job with the interior drain that was installed in my basement. Travis was the project manager and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was concerned that the original drain sump would not fit in the utility closet. However, Alan and Travis worked the problem and were able to locate a sump that would fit. The work site was well cleaned when the job was finished.

Big shout out to Sedona. Great communication, answered all my detailed questions with patience, very down to earth guys with a professional approach. I got updates at the end of everyday on progress and what exactly had been completed for the day. Excellent service, super fast response. I just had our annual inspection by Sedona Waterproofing. I was so impressed by Sedona's representative, Mason Moore. Mason called to let me know that he was on the way and would arrive early (which was fine with me). After the inspection, he thoroughly reviewed everything he had done on our behalf and shared photos of his findings. Folks, you're in good hands with Sedona.
