Advanced Foundation Repair

Cracked my foundation in numerous places. Garage crack led to water staining from water coming up from under the house. Refused to fix. Pipes came loose and lied to me saying they came off the hangers even though I watched the camera inspection with their plumber go straight into dirt. Had to come back twice to fix drainage and their own person asked "who the hell did your drainage it’s all messed up". Had an 18" deep pool of water under one bathtub and their employee said he could see the bottom of my bathtub. Went to them and to Rylands corporate lawyer and they refused to resolve the issues. Do not use them!!!

We bought a house with foundation work already completed by Advanced. We have called them out on multiple occasions and only got someone who waled around and said it looks fine and the company takes our money. This last time however we had a nice woman come out and compleat a reading on the house she stated it would be a few days and we would have the report. Weeks went by and no report. I finally called and got a generic we will get with Amber and get back to you. Days go by no answers and no call.. I call back and same story. I finally asked for a manager and they said a customer service rep would be notified and would contact me. A few days go by and nothing. I called and same story that Amber hasn't handed in anything and I just need to wait. A few days later and I call and they say they can contact customer service. I inform them I have already had a case with them and have not talked to them. They try to contact them and a manager. I get nowhere. Finally I call back later today and a lady connects me to customer service. I had the service on Jan. 7th it is now Jan 23 she informs me that this morning they informed Amber's manager of the situation (I was told they had done this over a week ago). I am preparing to sell my home and need to paint and need to ensure the foundation doesn't need adjustments be f ore doing so. The woman on the phone asked me when I had the painter scheduled. I explained to her he won't schedule anything until he knows they won't be adjusting anything. This business doesn't care about working for ypur money. They have our money and don't want to fallow through with what we paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible experience, working with Advanced foundation. After they finalized their work on my foundation, my water bill shot up. Come to find out that in their work in repairing our foundation they messed up our irrigation system.They refused to come out and repair it. They also reattached the wooden deck in our backyard to our house after the repair. A couple months later it was un-leveling and became a big safety hazard. We spent thousands to fix. Communication with this company was awful. I had to follow up all the time as I didn’t know what the status of our project was ever,

These people are so incredibly hard to get in touch with, or really, to have them actually give you a call back. We have a lifetime warranty for work they did on our home's foundation, started experiencing continued issues last April and had them come out to inspect things. After that consultation, a Mr. Frank Check informed us that our home's master bedroom had actually risen 3 inches and advised us call a plumber to see if there was a leak that was causing it. Even though that sounded like a stretch, we obliged and called a plumber who relayed that there were no leaks anywhere. We gave Advanced a call back and Mr. Check said he would talk with his boss about next steps and would get back to us - that never happened. I have since called back asking for assistance, and each time I am told that they will reach out but they never do. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

FYI - Advanced Foundation repair is the same company as Du-West. When I contacted a Du-West manager for warranty problems, his signature also included Advanced Foundation Repair. Now for the review... Don't trust them! I used Du-West for Foundation repair work, and it has been nothing but trouble. The foreman was always in his truck reading a book and not supervising. I discovered that the piles were not being reinforced by rebar like they advertised when I was watching the workers, and I had to call the company to fix the problem. The workers also dumped a bunch of rocks on my lawn and didn't bother to clean them all up. The crew on site told me they would inspect the plumbing for leaks before and after the repairs. I took their word for it. Well, it turns out 1 1/2 years later that I'm having major plumbing issues and Du-West says they never inspected the plumbing and that it wasn't in the contract. DON'T TRUST THEIR WORD! Don't believe anything they tell you unless it's in writing on the contract. We wasted almost $15,000 on foundation repair work to avoid having plumbing problems, and now we have major problems and Du-West refuses to do anything about it.

My experience was very poor. I couldn't get a person to talk to me, phone calls weren't returned. Overall I feel I was taken advantage of and lied to. The company was there to take tens of thousands of dollars when the foundation repair was done, but not there for warranty work. They do not honor their warranties, you will be left on your own to pay for their mistakes. My advice is, choose another company.

We have been doing business with Advanced Foundation Repair for about one year and the experience has been good. We look forward to doing more business with this reputable company. Link Staffing Services
