After having quite a few estimates and quotes we went ahead and had our foundation done by stonehouse. We chose stonehouse in the end for the quality of product and for addressing the drainage issue we were having. The whole experience was pleasant from the beginning when Matt came and did the estimate to the end when doing the final walk through with Sergio. Big shout out to the crew who did a awesome job. I was very impressed by the clean up I can't even tell where they dug. Sergio did a awesome job with explaining the do's and don't and what to expect moving forward. Made us feel confident in our decision to go through Stonehouse. We also had Jordan come out and do a plumbing test. He explained the process and answer the questions I had. Definitely would recommend for the quality of work, excellent communication, and superb customer service.

We had Stonehouse inspection our foundation when we were in the process of buying and then again when we were ready for repairs. The company said not much had changed (thank goodness ) and were very flexible when we had told them we didn’t want any inside beams yet due to our fur baby and youngest getting into things. The workers were very respectful of the property and seguin and Dylan kept both my husband and I updated throughout the process. It took about 4.5 days to complete and I mentioned to Sergio that our bedroom door now closes completely without getting stuck! We will definitely be working with this company again for any future foundation repairs and for our driveway. We are very satisfied.

Great work and service all around! I’m a very careful shopper with big expenses so I did a lot of research when it came to my foundation and I don’t think anyone will find better work and service for these prices. I will definitely work with them in the future whenever I need work on any other parts of the house they work on! Also I met a very respectful young man named Trevor who was very helpful when I had any questions. Which I really appreciate!
