Evergreen Radon and Construction Services

I ran a radon test on my own and it came back high. I contacted Evergreen after checking reviews and they came out same day to provide a quote. I accepted their quote and a week later they arranged an electrician to come out with them to assist with the installation of a mitigation system. They arrived with a team of two and worked efficiently to complete the inside and outside installation. The electrician installed the power line and they finished up at the same time. Despite running into an over poured footer below our basement floor slab and having to redrill another hole, it all worked out quickly and they sealed everything back up neatly, They kept me abreast of their progress and were done in 2 1/2 hours.

We had a great experience with Evergreen for our radon mitigation. They were very punctual, respectful of our property, and upfront with pricing. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect moving forward. I really appreciated that they guarantee your levels will be below 4, and you don’t pay until they complete the test and show you the results. In my case, the level dropped to almost 0 after the mitigation, which I was so happy about! Scheduling the consultation and installation was quick and easy. The whole process was efficient, professional, and straight to the point. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend them.

These guys were outstanding at every step of the process. I filled out a simple form on their site, Connor came and bid the job the same day. The price was reasonable and they worked with me to arrange the plumbing work required for my install. They scheduled an install date in the immediate future. The guys that did the job were quick, did clean work and very professional. 100% recommend. Connor and team are doing business the right way.

Five stars. Their estimate was lower than we expected for an active system (given our online research), they were able to schedule pretty soon after contacting them, and while no radon system adds to the visual appeal of a house, they did an awesome job installing it in as unobtrusive a place as possible. The work is clean and solid. And they lowered radon levels on our two-foundation split level by a factor of 10. From just over 10 parts to just under 1 part. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs the service.

Connor and his team were incredibly professional and thorough from start to finish. They initially came out to perform a radon test, and the results we received were detailed, accurate, and easy to understand. Once we decided to move forward with a mitigation system, they took the time to plan the best possible route through the house. We wanted the piping completely hidden inside and didn’t want anything running along the outside of the home, and they made that happen seamlessly. The installation was efficient and discreet. They truly listened to our concerns, and the end result exceeded our expectations. A follow-up test confirmed the system was highly effective.
