FIRM Foundation Repair

Great company. Ryan was very fair and straightforward in the estimate. The crew worked hard and were very professional. They found a hole in a sprinkler pipe that they didn’t cause but fixed it anyways since they were already there digging around it. They communicated every step with my wife and I. All around a good experience and would definitely recommend them again.

I highly recommend Ryan and his team. I struggled for several weeks finding a company that was responsive, transparent, and skiiled to take on this project. Fortunately, a freind recommended I send the project to foundation repair companies. Ryan replied to my request immediately, and he met me at my house shortly after our first conversation. We met a few times before committing. He was early for every meeting and showed honesty and patience from start to finish. The retaining wall and swale look great, and our drainage issues are completely gone. I was so impressed by his company. They far exceeded my expectations!

Mason did a great job setting the right foundation and offering a fair price. He also gave helpful advice to avoid unnecessary expenses. The house feels stable so far — it’s only been a month, but hopefully there won’t be any issues. Highly recommend his work and professionalism!

Mason and Firm Foundation are a great group to work with. We hired them to install 90 feet of retaining wall and drainage behind our house on a slope. Quality and our happiness with the job was always top priority and we would definitely work with them again!! They made a really pretty wall too and that was all part of their initial planning.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I think the world of foundation like plumbing is very shady and expensive! Firm is an honest company that provides superior service at a lower cost and does very good work fast! I've had several houses done with them and I've been so impressed with the work - both were completed within 2 days! I've also had him come to other houses (where a general contractor suggested I needed work) and have him say he didn't think anything was needed. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL EVER USE FOR FOUNDATION!

Ryan and his team were a pleasure to work with and performed quality work in a timely manner with excellent customer service. Ryan's communication was phenomenal with us as we were traveling away from home while they were performing repairs. Firm will be my first call if I ever have foundation work needed in a future home.
