Pinnacle Foundation did a great job from start to finish. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. We had 12 piers installed and even though they ran into some unexpected obstacles they completed the job as promised and under the original quote. The crew that came out and worked was respectful of my property and made it look like they had never even been there.

Pinnacle Foundation Repair installed 7 piers along the front portion of my foundation and lifted the house about an inch and a half. The entire team was professional and punctual throughout the process. From Jacob in sales, to Victor Blanco (operations manager), and Bryan (crew lead), everyone did their best to address my issue and made sure the site was cleaned up well afterward. Pinnacle recently completed foundation repairs on my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and even finished earlier than expected. They always maintain exceptional attention to detail and I was especially grateful for the care they took in protecting the inside of my home. They ensured everything was placed back in its place upon completion and went above to clean the area. This is my second time working with Pinnacle and they continue to exceed expectations. I really appreciated his honesty—rather than immediately pointing to foundation problems, he explained that some of our sheetrock cracking could actually be caused by non-foundation related factors. The crew who did the foundation work were polite, hard-working, and cleaned up beautifully after the job was done. The office staff were friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question. Even when there were plumbing test issues with another company, Justin personally made sure everything was resolved and that I was taken care of.
