I highly recommend A1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair! We had an excellent experience with them from start to finish. Mariana was amazing to work with - she was so helpful in getting us a quote and coordinating the schedule, making the whole process smooth. The crew was fantastic. They were professional, incredibly thorough, and did an amazing job cleaning up the site afterward. The pricing was very fair, and the value is outstanding. We are so glad to have found such a trustworthy company and would easily recommend them to anyone.

A1 was easy to work. They have a lifetime warranty on their work and it's transferrable if you sell your home. They worked fast and got our piers dug and set all in 1 day. They also set up third party engineer checks and a plumbing leak check after the work is completed. We used them after multiple neighbors recommended them for the same issues. They clean up pretty well after and you can hardly tell the yard was torn up. It would be nice if they washed down the concrete after as there was a lot of mud, but otherwise we were happy with the service.

Fair pricing and their workers did a great job on my foundation. The plumber they recommended found the reason for my foundation issues and was able to correct it same day. All around a positive experience, 5 stars. Thanks!

Very easy to work with, punctual, great pricing on great work. Price on my quote didn't change even though we ended up having to delay the job by a few months from when we got the initial proposal. Crew showed up when they said they would, did the work quickly, and did a great job of protecting my home from the dust of jackhammering interior piers. I'll definitely give them a call if the wonderful joy of living on Texas clay causes new challenges down the road.

Reasonable and Responsive! They just completed adding a 12 foot support beam and some shimming on the pier & beam foundation for my 1908 historical home in Old East Dallas that we put up for sale. I used them for similar work when we bought the house years ago. These grand old houses just need an occasional adjustment. I have had foundation companies quote to spend many thousands for major work that wasn’t needed. I also used A1 on a lake house in East Texas. Dylan, the owner is very nice as is Louis and his team. They all know what they are doing. I definitely recommend them for good work at a fair price.
