RS Foundations

Do not use this company. If I could give them a 0 rating then I would. We contracted with them for foundation repair in December 2023. Paying a lot of money for the rapair of my foundation. After the " supposed repair" by RSfoundation, plumbing test was suppose to be completed within 2 months of the foundation repair for the warranty to be effective. RSfoundation did not complete the plumbing test till APRIL 2024 after several calls. They even tried to deny it when we sent them a email indicating what they did wrong. The problem now is that, till this date the reason for the repair, the open wall, outside the side of my house is still wide open (It is so scary and we are heartbroken). RSfoundation said the wall will close up after some months of repair. (I will be back to post the picture). We have involved our HOA in the Collin county area and told our neighbors. We wish we went with the foundation repairer our neighbors recommended at the time. Use RSfoundation at your own risk. Update: Attached are the division that has been on before the repair in 2023. Till date it is still open even after RSFOUNDATION said that it would would close up. Never closed up!! Also attached is the text message from RSfoundation 8 months after the job was supposedly completed about getting the warranty certificate after. That is to confirm our claim of not getting our Warranty certificate until August 2024. Attached is pipe that was causing "the leak". The plumber literally told us it was not enough to cause any foundation issue. The plumber had to literally use a saw to cut through the pipe in order to show us that it was not a lot also sent videos. They did not find any hole. We told them to go ahead and replace it since rsfoundation claimed that was the reason for not honoring the warranty and want us to pay a "minimal" $3000 plus for fix our foundation that they messed up. I’m not blaming anyone for the delay(we are only human) but when you lie and blame someone else for something that was clearly your fault is totally unacceptable. I will be waiting for more lies from RSfoundation and I will upload more picture evidence. Again use this agency at your own risk.

My wife had left a review earlier about this company. I see in your response where you stated that we did not pay a lot. $6,400 cash, is not a lot?? That is to show how terrible this company is. We contacted rsfoundation October 2025 when we found that the wall opening outside never closed back up like they said it would. The last time we saw this people was when they came and dropped off some Spanish speaking guys for the repair. We could nto communicate with them unless over the phone. They never returned to evaluate the repair. We never saw any representative of RSFOUNDATION again! They simply vanished and became unreachable. As per the leaks; we did not know about the leak. The person RSFOUNDATION sent out to do the plumbing test did not communicate in clear terms. They literally said the leak was nothing serious. Also the report had digits and figures that we did not understand. On the warranty our signature was not on it because we got it almost 1 year after the repair. This is after months of them ignoring us, frequent calls and emails to them. RSfoundation is charging us $3000-$4000 to come fix the mess they made and that is what they call minimal. We had 3 plumbing/drainage companies including our HOA come conduct a hydrostatic test that we have had to pay out of pocket. None whatsoever indicated that the leak is the reason for the issue on ground. We had 2 separate foundation repair company come review our current foundation status and they all explained that the job was poorly done. Also the area where the plumbing issue is has nothing to do with the area of our foundation that rsfoundation messed up. My neighbor had a worse leak than mine but he decided to go with another foundation company for his repair and his wall completely closed up around 2 weeks after the repair. We have reviewed our option with another licensed plumbing/drainage company and the repair is completed. They will dupe you with the fake warranty. That they do not honor. Do not use RSFOUNDATION!

Do not use this company. They do not respond to emails or calls. I paid them a significant amount of money to repair my foundation and now I am having issues with the foundation and need information to provide to my insurance company. This is completely unacceptable behavior. You have to have an open communication between your company and it's customers. Update. Yes they fixed issue but his crew did not speak English and dug a second hole that was not needed or necessary, and tried to charge me for an additional 300.00. I requested a refund for the work due to this poor attempt at the repair and I was asked to change my review. I agreed but then they did not comply with my request. This is the newest problem with American businesses. You send out a person who cannot communicate with a Disabled Vet. Shame on you.

After doing all of the checks on this company I decided they were the best. Frank was their rep and he had nothing but praise for this company. Called and texted him several times and all he said was he was forwarding the info to the company. The holes were not filled correctly. They started to sink down after 2 days. I went to use my sprinkler and found out the wiring had been damaged. I hope the piers are ok. After $100 for the wiring repair and an additional $80 to spread the huge pile of dirt, I’m about done with this company. Hope I never need warranty work. 10.12.25 - after contacting their office we have agreed for some funds to be refunded me. They agreed that some things could have been better. The lady that I talked to was very nice and helped me to this satisfactory end. I hope it was just a misunderstanding on both our parts. Thank you RS Foundation!

I don't think that I can thank RS Foundations and staff enough for the prompt, clean, professional work and customer service. Above and beyond barely describes the service that Dane and RS Foundations gave to my mother and myself. The detailed as well as honest information regarding the process of lifting and maintaining the foundation of a well aged house was phenomenal and very easy to understand. RS Foundations took away a major part of the stress and worry of home repair in this economy. Thank you once again for the excellent work and peace of mind.

I can't stop sharing the wonderful experience I recently had with RS Foundations! I've told friends, coworkers and posted reviews on my neighborhood website so everyone can get their foundation checked with a free estimate. Michael came out and was very knowledgeable and extremely professional during his visit and explained everything to me in great detail. I was given a quote in writing that also showed where my foundation had shifted. He answered all of my questions and took his time making sure I understood the process. I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle a few times on the phone and meeting Rees (the owner) during the repair. Cecilio (the foreman) was amazing and made sure that I was happy with his service. His crew worked so hard and did a fantastic job. Again, I am a very happy customer and highly recommend RS Foundations. Michael went above and beyond and the entire team is awesome! Thank you guys so much!!

This company overcharged my 95 year old father for a terrible job. When I contacted them on my fathers behalf they said that they had charged him for work done at another location. However, after working with the BBB to resolve the issue they lied and never gave him any money back. This is a horrible company. In the photos see the new wood that was added incorrectly! It wasn’t even nailed together. They said that water damage did this, however this new wood in not damaged by water at all!! My dad paid 14,700 for this repair and he had to have a new floor installed because of the faulty repair; which uncovered the horrible job that they had done!! RUN FROM USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
