I employed Aquaguard to address my driveway cracking, movement, and water erosion. The Field Inspector Whitt Burcham stressed how they prided themselves on getting the project done right and they were like "family". Whitt walked my property with me and showed me areas that needed to be addressed. My project started with a "no show" by the crew without any updates. I left work early so had to return to work by the time they said they could arrive. They gave me a hassle to reschedule. When they came for the second date they again did not call ahead or confirm arrival time, leaving me scrambling to get home. The crew that arrived from the beginning of my project stated they are "separate" from the initial inspector and could not support all that was said by him in regards to my project. By the time my project was complete I was left under satisfied with the outcome. I was then told that if I wanted them to do anything else, I would have to sign a "waiver" of liability. When I contacted Whitt back to try to remedy, I was essentially told he was no longer involved and the crew onsite is now in charge. After the crew left, within 3 days there was at least 2 substantial cracks in my driveway leading to one corner being held on by nothing but the epoxy they applied. Additionally the epoxy they placed in between slabs had cured and left deep pockets where water now pools as well as sediment and debris. I reached back out to Whitt on the cellphone number he provided initially and have yet to get any response at all. I then called Aquaguard on 9/30/25 as the crew stated to call for any problems and they would be out to fix. I was told by scheduler that they would have to reschedule that crew because "they already won't get paid again" and "they wont pay a different crew" and it would be 3-4 weeks. I requested a sooner date and a call from supervisor. I received no call. I called again on 10/2/25 with the same request. No call. I called again today 10/6/25, and have yet to speak to anyone who can help me with my situation. I regret using this company at all.

I had a great experience with AquaGuard! Our sales rep, Adrian, was absolutely fantastic to work with. He really took the time to understand our concerns and was incredibly patient, walking us through every step of the process. He came across as genuine and transparent, which made us feel very comfortable moving forward. The crew that handled our project was just as impressive — professional, on time, and went above and beyond our expectations. The quality of their work speaks for itself. AquaGuard provided great service. The team of Dejano, Daquan, and Dexter was phenomenal. They came on time, clearly explained the process, and completed the project with minimal noise and disruption. The final site was clean as if they never came. They also provided a ton of pictures that gave me understanding of what was done and where. If you’re getting work done on your home this is the crew you want.

In October 2024 we hired AquaGuard to fix a water intrusion in our basement. That went okay. Our basement is partially finished so they worked in just one corner. It seems to have worked. We also hired them to replace our gutters. If you buy gutters from AquaGuard you will need to check their work the next time it rains. You will also need a lot of patience and determination to get them to fix issues. They offer a discount for signing immediately which is too high pressure for a reputable company. Instead of checking the downspout extensions that go underground they connected the easy ones and not the more challenging ones without checking to see which ones were clogged. (Use a garden hose to determine which are clogged.). They also didn’t take care in directing water. At one spot they directed water down a fairly steep landscaped hill causing rapid erosion. We also had water running down the siding in one spot. March 13th we emailed about the erosion. On April 6th we noticed water streaming over a gutter and running down the siding and that one of the gutters connected to an underground extension was overflowing. We followed up with AquaGuard adding those to our issues list. Many emails, texts, and phone calls were exchanged before two supervisors and a sales manager came by to fix what they could on April 18th. We will be outside checking their work the next time it rains. It rained April 22nd. Aquaguard’s fix failed. Aquaguard returned and adjusted the gutter because water was not draining properly. It helped a little but water was still running down the siding. Aquaguard returned a third time and added a larger piece closer to the gutter to direct water away from the house and into the gutter. This time they used a garden hose to understand the flow of water. It is much better.

Adrian from Aquaguard was great! Full on inspection, went into very specific detail of what needed to be fix and what he recommended. Highly recommend requesting him if you need any help and if your a person who likes to ask a lot of questions & likes to get very detailed responses.

Daniel came to our home and reviewed with me, the process and procedures with which we could expect. His analysis was thorough, well explained, and when I had questions, he answered them with complete honesty and showed integrity throughout the entire decision making process. Daniel also displayed incredible patience while we pursued other estimates. And on top of that, he always provided reminders of what steps they’d take, when they’d arrive, and the follow up care that AquaGuard delivers. We wouldn’t hesitate to request Daniel Foster and AquaGuard again with additional foundational issues, as his professionalism and sincere care for our situation was absolutely top-notch.

I was so pleased with AquaGuard’s work on my crawlspace encapsulation that I decided to trust them with their gutter product design too. Their gutter product is sturdier than the others and their service is stellar. Chad and Bradley were on time. They repaired defects that the found in the existing flashing gaps to keep critters out. They were kind and professional. They also cleaned up everything completely. Job well done. I am confident that I made the right choice with AquaGuard.
