After we had the base leveled by another company, we scheduled with Tuff Shed to build our shed 1-2 weeks later. It turned out well. I think it only took like 2-3 hours for them to build. And the two guys building it were very nice and professional. Happy with the extra storage, as we did not have a shed before. Our ground was sloped quite a bit. I think our next step is to add stairs or a ramp.

From the start I loved the website that allowed me to build 3D models of my shed and show the price adjustments as I swapped in features and options. Love that they build and install it on site and paint it. (Second coat is by customer with supplied paint.) Arrival on the scheduled date was later than originally stated, but they did come that day and got the job done quickly. There were a couple of things they needed to do another day due to materials (including the customer-applied paint) not being on the truck, and a couple of minor details I didn’t notice until after they left. After I hadn’t heard back about scheduling the service call I reached out to sales and got a swift reply and a scheduled date of just a few days out. The service tech came and did a fantastic job of completing the installation and making everything perfect, including doing the painting! The shed looks terrific and is totally weatherproof and will last a long time.

DJ explains all of your options in a comfortable setting in his office. He made very helpful suggestions. Jessica Oliveri works with the city where your shed will be located to help with permits. She keeps you well-informed of the progress of the permit. DJ and Jessica work well in tandem. The purchase is well worth it when you see the beautiful product. The men who installed shed were extremely nice and hard working. They did a great job.
