Juan came to do a small job for me that no one else would do. He did such a great job on that I asked him to do a much bigger project and he did a great job! Way over and above what I asked him to do, cleaned up after himself, bought the correct supplies at the hardware store for me and made great suggestions how to make the project better. Super polite, friendly, easy to communicate, very skilled. Highly recommend.

Juan and his teammate were very communicative and professional. They patched ceiling and walls, replaced the baseboards and repainted everything. They are fast and reliable. I am very happy with the job they did. I can’t recommend them enough!!! I would call them again for sure!!!

We hire Juan for many of our projects in our home. Most recently, he diagnosed and replaced two of our outlets outside in our backyard. Because of that, we are able to enjoy the summer evenings outdoors again. Juan is knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and he is very honest. We recommend him with no reservations.

I have used Juan on 2 houses based a referral from the hardwood floor contractor that did my first house because he moved and no longer serviced the bay area. My first job was to sand and seal my parents 1250 ft house in San Pablo in 2020. Juan's price was very reasonable and would've been less than the referring contractor. He took care to do small add-ons such as sealing and patching at no additional cost. He arrived before 8am and waited in the car and worked until it was dark out. When I moved from El Cerrito to Fairfield, I hired Juan to remove the carpet on the second floor and laminate on the first floor of a 3000 ft house and install wide plank hardwood in their place. Juans team did a great job at a very affordable price (compared to 3 other bids). Again his work ethic was impeccable to get the job done. I think it took a total of 3 days. He did such a great job we had him remove some wood paneling from the family room and he sheet rocked the area and applied a patterned texture that was identical to the rest of the room. I have referred Juan to three other family and friends and their response was the same as mine: His rates are really affordable with good quality work and a hard worker and is accommodating to your needs.

Juan did a great job installing a large sliding glass door for us. Very thorough and professional with a great customer service orientation. Also, helped with exterior painting project and made sure it met our expectations. Overall, highly recommended.
