I had my maintenance check today for my central heating system done today. The technician that came out was Jed Ames. After checking everything out he had made some suggestions on what he thought that would be helpful to help with the heating and cooling.. He was very patient and explained everything to me when I had a question. I would highly recommend due West for your AC Central heating and cooling

Absolutely incredible job from first visit to job completion. The crew showed up on time, the supervisors were on site and spoke English, the lifting took minutes once the piers were in the ground. The clean up was beyond my expectations. My yard and patio looked as good as they did before they started their work when they left. Check out their guarantee vs. service agreements other foundation companies offer. I have absolutely no compunctions in recommending DuWest services.

We recently employed Du West to level our house in west Houston. They did an excellent job. They made the initial survey, explained the process, and prepared the estimate, which included 15 piers and a tunnel under the house to reach an interior grade beam. Their bid was competitive. All the paperwork was handled online. The crew showed up on time and these were hard working guys!! They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and pleasant, which is hard to do when you are up to your elbows in a hole. Technicians checked the plumbing, piers and calibrated the leveling. All was finished in two days, plus a half day to tamp the holes, clean up, and replant some shrubs. They left everything shipshape and the house was level. I’m feeling good. I can heartily recommend Du West. They have been around for 47 years and are reliable, professional, and reasonable. They also do plumbing and AC.

Aj was very nice and knowledgeable. He spend about 2 hours assessing the repairs. He stated he would get back to me the next day. I called Du-West after waiting a week and spoke to Aj he stated that I should have gotten a call from the office and he would let them know to call me to schedule the appointment to go over estimate. I'm still waiting on them and it's been over a month. This company is very unreliable/ unresponsive. The first part was easy... I can't imagine how they would respond to the hard work. Disappointed.

I purchased a home that was under warranty from DuWest. I was trying to transfer warranty under my name and they didn't want to work with me. I was even willing to pay extra to get the warranty transferred. They said it was past their deadline which I was not aware of. The lady on the phone was very rude and sounded like she was ready to go to Whataburger for lunch. I even sent a letter requesting the transfer and got no response, not even a call. If they don't care to even call trust me they wont bother to honor their work either. Client beware.

New homeowner! I wasn’t sure why my back door wasn’t closing until I was referred by a handyman and he said Du-West can do it!! Omg!!!! Indeed they did!! They did an amazing work!! What’s even more impressive after they finished my home looks like it was never dugged into!!! When they put everything back my home was back to normal.. I love it!!! Thanks so much!!!! I will definitely recommend Du-West!! Mr. Jorge was great he got the crew going and done in 2 days!!!

Had some foundation work done by Du West about a year ago. The ground started to settle so I called them back out to fill it back in with dirt. Javier was the person that came out to make sure it was done correctly. He did an amazing job, filling in the gaps and packing the dirt tight so I won’t have a problem like this again anytime soon. He was polite, very professional and made sure not to make a mess or tear up my yard. Highly recommended!
