Dirt crawl space encapsulation….Fantastic from start to finish. Like day and night. Crew came in and cleaned up everything, laid out thick vapor barrier, insulated walls, and installed dehumidifier.Pictures show some before and some after. Humidity levels used to be between 85 to ninety percent. Now a steady 50%. Done in a day.

I’ve been waiting to share this. It’s been months since Basement Gurus came out and installed a French drain and sump pump in our basement. We haven’t had water issues since! They gave us a great price with plenty of payment options. They were quick and professional and knocked the job out in no time. They always make time for me if I questions or concerns. The crew that worked on our basement was extremely hard working. They did not stop till after dark every night. I am above satisfied with the outcome of the complete job they did. The basement is safe now. I would highly recommend them. I cannot say how grateful I am that the guys took pride in their workmanship. It shows from the beginning to the end of the work that was done, basement steps, bilco steel basement door and the mold removal on the ceiling of the basement. Thank you for a professional job.

The whole team was phenomenal. Pricing was excellent and they worked very professionally around our work hours. When the project kicked off they knocked it out fast and very effectively. The entire space looks so, so, so much better, and now the humidity in the crawlspace and basement is down to a tiny fraction of what it was before. Awesome work.

I contracted with Basement Gurus for a very large home renovation (basement dig out, underpinning, perimeter drain, and new concrete floor). The Basement Gurus were at my house for nearly six weeks for the project. The team was always respectful of my property and very helpful. The salesman (Josh) was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the large project. They finished the project 4-5 months ago and we have not had any water in the basement. In that time, some large storms have come through that have flooded my neighbors basements but mine remained dry. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They are fantastic to work with and provide outstanding quality work for a very fair price.
