Over the top replaced the 30 year old caulking around our 40,000 gallon pool. Albert was very considerate of the new concrete decking we had just installed. It was a hot couple of days to do the work. Professional and well done. Everything is crisp, white and clean! Better than new. Great work. Good price too.

I cannot overstate how happy I am that I chose Over The Top for waterproofing my basement. He outlined very clearly what their team would do, and got the project set up very quickly, even just before the Christmas/New Years holidays. When the team came to do the installation, they identified a serious structural issue with my home - something that had been hidden behind the drywall. The immediately halted work, alerted us about the problem, and gave us suggestions on how to resolve this issue. 10 months later, that issue was resolved, and we returned to Over the Top to complete the installation. Another company had told us it would take 9-12 days for them to install the French drain; Over the Top took only 1 day. They came in and out in the same day, on very short notice, and got the job done perfectly. It was truly a pleasure working with their team, especially with Dave. From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Dave was especially great—he was a pleasure to communicate with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our basement was already finished, but unfortunately, it had been done improperly. Despite the added challenge, the crew did a fantastic job navigating around the existing setup. The space was also quite small and awkward to work in, but that didn’t stop them from delivering top-quality results. When assessing my basement, they were super helpful to recommend plumbers outside of their network at no cost to them. When installing the sump pump at our house, they were flexible to get me in their schedule, and they got the job done quickly. We bought our house and was worried about the musty smell in our basement then it rained hard one day and saw moisture. We called a few water proofing companies but decided to use Over The Too. Big Dave came out and educated me on what was going on and what needed to be done. The crew came in and they were fast, efficient and courteous. Big Dave was available from start to finish to address our concerns and answer our questions. They also sprayed anti microbial/fungus.
