Dalinghaus Foundation Repair

Overall experience from start to finish was excellent. Booked online, quickly received confirmation and call to book a date. Got a text confirmation, reminder, and Ted called a few days ahead to discuss what was going on and confirm day, time, and directions. Ted showed up on time and was very courteous and professional, ran a scan and reviewed everything with me. While we had no issues, the visit was free and he left me with all the scan details and told me what to watch for. I would definitely recommend Dalinghaus to friends and family.

Great experience! I had Ted come out and survey everything and see what needed to be addressed on my property. He did so great both indoors and out to take care of our family and home. He was great with the dogs and kids also! Then Justin and Josh came out to complete the repairs we talked about. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They also did great with the dogs and kids. They worked very well, and left the property better! I was impressed that when I asked if I needed to move the rock top dressing I was told no. They removed the top dressing to access the repair area, did all the work, put it all back and cleaned up after the repair! They did a great job!

Dalinghaus just finished a major foundation repair on our home. Our house is on a hill & our family room and master bedroom experienced downward & lateral movement after the heavy rains the last 2 years. Dalinghaus put in 16 helical piers & 4 helical tie backs. Our on-site crew- Ben Conner, Ben Lett, & Angel Pena- was fantastic. They are experienced, hard working, & professional. They were on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day, & were respectful of us, our neighbors, & our yard. During the project, they even built a little bridge so our 13-yr old Australian Shepherd could go out her dog door, over the pit where a pier was going in, & into her yard at night! Nice people but, while they were happy to answer any questions we had, they were there to do a job & they got after it!! I did not appreciate the massive amount of digging and breaking up of concrete that would be required to put that many piers in. After the first few days it looked like a bomb had dropped in our yard but, when they finished the job today, they had our yard looking like it did before they started. And they finished what was an 8-day job in 6.5 days! Can't say enough good things about the Two Bens and Angel. I picked Dalinghaus after receiving 4 bids. Brian Novotny of Dalinghaus spent a good amount of time at the house & his bid was thorough & complete. I had a list of detailed questions, and he responded back w/in 24 hours. I was really up front about wanting an accurate bid so that I wouldn't be hit with change orders driving up the cost after work started. The only change order ended up being a reduction in price due to one less pier being needed. Some of our neighbors had done temporary, less expensive fixes that didn't work. I wanted a complete job & the peace of mind of a lifetime warranty against any further movement. I am really happy with the job &, if you are experiencing similar problems, I highly recommend you contact Dalinghaus Construction.

Very pleased with the service I received from Ted at Dalinghaus. Ted came out and did an inside and outside inspection of my foundation and provided me with the information I needed to know about each process he was using for every step of the way. Furthermore, through Ted's honest workmanship, he and Dalinghaus has gained my trust and business for any future services I may need for my foundation. Lucky for me, my foundation was in good shape, but Ted told me what to look out for over time. I would highly recommend their services. I am very pleased with my experience with Dalinghaus. They were very professional from the onset and throughout my experience with them. They were sensitive to the urgency of my needs and went out of their way to fit me into their schedule to assess my foundation. This was a huge help to me! Once they completed their inspection, they provided a compressive report of their findings. It was truly an over-the-top experience is being taken care of! Ted put in a lot of time checking to see if our was level and when he got done with his work he told us what was wrong. He was amazing he said all we needed was for some minor adjustments to the jacks under our mobile home and he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I have a lot of respect for someone like him because you don't find that kind of customer service anymore...so rare. I would highly recommend this company...and ask for Ted to do the estimate!
