If you are in need of a stem wall repair, RamJack is the company, due to their expertise, customer service, and fair pricing. I will say one other bid I received was double RamJack’s, so just be aware. I want to thank Tim for his knowledge and honesty! I appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and explain to me what needed to be fixed and how it would be done. What a great experience, since I’d never encountered a stem wall issue before! I also want to thank David and his partner who did the repair for their outstanding expertise, efficiency, and for cleaning up the area perfectly after they were done! Thank you RamJack!

Brian Patrick of Ram Jack said his crew would arrive at 9:30; they were exactly on time. The guys were polite, organized, and very experienced. Dave explained the entire process to me. I watched them work for a while. At one point Dave said that things are about to get really dusty; he suggested that I should go in the house for a while. I returned as they were finishing the project: they were happy to answer a few more questions and did a nice job cleaning up the area. These guys work incredibly hard and seem to be very proud of their workmanship.

From start to finish Ram Jack is by far the best option for any type of foundation repair issues. I spent a lot of time calling 3 companies for estimates and information. After getting all 3 quotes Ram Jack offered the best price. They showed the integrity someone would look for on a project this large. They treated my husband and I with complete respect and they showed they cared about our home. They did everything they said they were going to do, and more. And did not skimp on anything or shortcut anything. Everything was done 100% the way they said it would be and they did not change the price after it was said and done. This was the most honest company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a particularly large job on our house and of there’s going to be a hiccup here or there. There was a contractor (porta potty) on our job that failed to deliver for Ram Jack and my dedicated project manager Andrew handled it with tact and made sure we weren’t charged for it. Andrew kept in contact throughout the entire waiting period and during the actual work days with the crews on the property, which I appreciated greatly. The 3 different crews that showed up were all in great spirits while working and genuinely seemed to be happy to help us save our house. Every little detail mattered to them, and the main foundation crew-Joey, Tommy, and Vince-I cannot thank you guys enough for how professional and knowledgeable you all are. Sarah and her crew, who did the epoxy also showed such care with our patio and to ensure there was no damage during that process. The last crew with David also displayed extreme respect and knowledge and when this job was done it was cleaner than before anyone had started. There are a lot of resources involved in something like this and Ram Jack handled it so smoothly, and everything went perfect. At least in my eyes as the homeowner! Also thank you to the engineers, the office ladies and their patience with scheduling as well. It just all went so well considering how much goes into this. Not to mention the peace of mind we get with their warranty. Please don’t waste your time or money on the other guys, I went out of my way to find the best company for this job and Ram Jack has my complete trust. Thank you so much for saving my family home!

Ramjack of Phoenix provided excellent service at a fair price. Brian Patrick was my first point of contact, and he clearly explained the process and what to expect, detailing the cost and timing. I was immediately put at ease. The crew, headed up by David, showed up as scheduled and completed the job without issue, answering any questions I had during the 2 day project. After the work was done, everything was clean and back to normal as if they were never there. Also, I want to thank Dianna Taylor for her assistance in providing proof of the project timeline to provide my insurance co at the last minute. I called RamJack after I noticed a couple of linear cracks in the floor of one of the guest rooms. To be honest, I researched and read about what could it be and how much would it potentially cost to repair a foundation crack and was a little anxious about it. Specially because some companies will suggest repairs when not needed . The day they showed in , Tim examined the floors and listen to my concerns and told me that no repairs were needed and the damage was minimal. The floor was fine and he even joked that he will be fired from the company if he would suggest repairs on my home. I will recommend without hesitation this company because of their honesty and friendly attitude.

Tim was wonderful! We had another company come out and look at a potential foundation issue and give us a bid of over $25k. A little tough to swallow we wanted to get a second bid. After Tim showed up and walked through with me I’m more confident in using RamJack for any potential issues. They are friendly and calmed a worrying mind down. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to making sure my family and our home is safe and sound.
