We are very happy with the bathroom and bedroom addition Ryan and his team did for our house. They were patient as we selected materials and fixtures, and also gave great advice when we needed to make quick decisions. You can tell they have done this a hundred times by the quality of work.

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job with our bathroom replumb and remodel. They took the room down to studs, roughed in new plumbing and electrical, then finished everything with some expertly done tile work. From a project management perspective, Ryan is very good at what he does. He lines up his subcontractors and keeps everything on budget. He also took the time to explain the process when asked. The subcontractors that Ryan works with are incredible. His electrician found a perfect solution for tricky exhaust fan placement: an in-line fan in the adjacent accessible attic space. His plumbers managed to re-plumb the second bathroom without a single day of downtime. And his tile crew did some of the most meticulous tile work I have seen. Really stellar work across the board. All in all, the work got done well and on-budget. In terms of downsides, there were several weeks of downtime in this months-long project and there were certainly moments where I wished that progress would continue. But again, Ryan and his team did this job incredibly well and on-budget.

Catalyst Construction replaced several windows and installed LVP flooring in our living room, dining room and hallway for a very reasonable price. They did a stellar job. There was a mis- measurement on a couple of windows and they owned up to it and not only that, replaced and stain matched the interior molding perfectly without extra charge (was not part of their original bid). Ryan is very attentive and patient with all my questions and open to me doing some prep work and such to keep labor costs down. Highly recommend.

We were recommended to Catalyst Construction from a family friend, and they didn’t disappoint! Ryan and Catalyst completed an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch to expectation. The team was wonderful to work with from site visit and bid, through demo & construction and until final inspection. Ryan is easy to communicate with, sets expectations/timelines, and honest throughout the project. Main scope of work included a demo of fireplace/chimney roof to basement, installed two support beams: main level & basement, kitchen remodel, basement remodel w/ egress window, oak flooring, etc. We were pleased with Ryan's entire crew and ALL subcontractors. We look forward to working with Catalyst again on any future projects!

Nick and crew converted our 1925 basement into a family room with workout area, additional much-needed storage, and added new stairs. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The sub contractors were also top-notch and very courteous. Any design changes were handled with ease and done so at a reasonable cost. We couldn't be happier with end result. Highly recommended!
