We had a great experience with Andrew and Jorge from the punch crew. They were very professional and explained everything with detail. They were collaborative and took the time to answer our questions and observations. Jorge did a fantastic job completing the maintenance our roof needed. He worked efficiently and left the areas around our home very clean.

We had Alpha Omega replace our roof in May 2019. They did an outstanding job and it looks great. From the beginning to end, all the people involved were very respectful and considerate to our needs. We would highly recommend this company. A great company surrounds themselves with great people and Alpha definitely has that. Thanks!

Delivery of 53 foot trailer goods and products. Delivered on 07/21/25. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They moved vehicles out of the way for me to get backed into their dock and unloaded. However, this unloading situation should be only for a day cab and a 48 foot trailer or SMALLER delivery. Or this customer needs to have an offsite facility to offload and transfer to a box truck for final mile delivery. Or they need to have a pincer pallet grabber to offload with a forklift from the street. I was only loaded with 15,000lbs of product. I was fortunate in this respect. There is very little room to maneuver. I own my truck and having to back up and pull forward multiple times. If a full sized truck and trailer breakdown at your docks a tow truck won’t be able to get you out. Yall need to consider that.

Thank you Alpha Omega for the quick turnaround by sending out Chase Wilder to check my roof. He was not only friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competent but efficient as well! What was needed was simple to fix and was done within two minutes. Chase Wilder is an asset to your company!

Absolutely terrible. They installed the roof for my new home and they clearly didn't care about doing a respectable job. The home leaked within a month. There a holes and exposed nails throughout. They didn't cover the overhang properly and the shingles don't even cover the trim. Absolute hack job and they don't care. Then they "repaired" it after the first leak, but it they ignored most of the problems. They "repaired" it again later, but still ignored most of the problems. After two repairs, there is still holes throughout, exposed OSB, poorly woven valleys, misaligned flashing, and improper overhang.

Alpha Omega provided excellent service. Special thanks to Chase, our representative, he helped us navigate the insurance claim and follow up. Made it as easy as possible. Hard to say that when you’re dealing with insurances, but Chase helped us at every step. Our home looks incredible! Needing a new roof? Call A&O and ask for Chase!

Chase Wilder was nice and professional. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. My siding was flapping in the wind, and he climbed up that 40-foot ladder to make it right. I saw his truck on the street parked in my neighborhood and decided to ask him for help. Although I didn't have an appointment at the time, he took the time to look at my siding and fix it right away. We spoke about siding and possibly installing a new roof. I just want to say thank you to Chase and Alpha Omega Construction for their help with my home. Thank you Chase for taking the time to help me even when you didn't have to. I even offered to pay him, but he said he could not take my money because the job that wouldn’t be right. This shows the integrity of Alpha Omega Construction and their employees. Although I did not have an appointment, he took his personal time to make sure that it was done the right way. I continued to offer him money for his services, and he continued to refuse. He stated that he doesn't believe he can take my money because it would not have been ethical. So, I decided to leave this review because you do not meet a lot of honest people and I felt this review was the least I can do. Thank you again to Chase and Alpha Omega construction. Darron Anderson
