Ben and his team did first class work for us! Prior to moving into our new to us home, our inspector alerted us of mold and moisture in the crawlspace. Ben and his team installed a french drain and sump pump in our crawlspace about a year ago. We have some totally unrelated structural problems in our house and have recently had some foundation repair folks come by to give us quotes. EVERY person who has gone into our crawlspace to evaluate it has come out complimenting the work we've had done! Totally unprompted! Now that's a review I trust! I couldn't recommend RCS more!

We used RCS for removing old insulation and installing a sealed crawlspace. Ben explained our options and provided clear quotations for a couple different options. After we selected one, the job was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation crew was thorough and friendly. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the RCS team.

Ben and his team did such a thorough job in fixing the moisture in our crawl space, with a new vapor barrier, French drains, sump pump and replaced our damaged foundation vents. We are very pleased with the outcome. Ben was great in communicating back when I had a question or concern. He was honest and only recommended what needed to be done and did not try to sell us on additional expenses. His price was very reasonable.
