I truly can’t say enough about the outstanding work done by Mitch Co. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care were evident in every detail. Mitchco was most professional and the work is awesome! The craftsmanship is notable from the front door shutting properly to the floors throughout the house, even the floor in the kitchen. My wheelchair rolls easily throughout the house! Ed and Melissa were easy to work with on this project. Melissa called or text each day, as she said she would. When she came to inspect, she noted a small issue, it was resolved appropriately.

My house was in much needed foundation repair. I found MitchCo on home advisor as well as other companies. After the initial walk through, I felt relieved and the in the know, of what I needed to all the next foundation company. MitchCo let me acknowledge that I was able to use on the other companies. Other companies tried to offer me a fix that wasn't neither affordable or something my house can stand. They didn't guaranteed lifetime warranty or weren't too sure on yearly checks unless I called. MitchCo is the only company that will come out and check their work before you giving them a call. I was able to get my foundation fixed in 4 days with clean up. Had a foundation repaired in 2019, I forgot to make payments that you have to make to keep your warranty valid after it was completed. 2 years later, saw cracks, issues with the foundation. I asked Mitchco to inspect and to re-instate the warranty for the fee. They said the foundation was off and wouldn't re-instate the warranty, they wanted full payment again. The foundation was bad after 2 years, and they wouldn't negotiate a decent price to fix up their work. I can only warn others at this point.

Let me start by saying you should NEVER EVER go with MitchCo. They were the first of three quotes I got for my foundation. They quoted me 19k to get everything done which would have included going through the middle of the floor in several parts of my house. Okay, foundation is probably messed up but I still had 2 other quotes to get. The next two companies told me my foundation was PERFECTLY FINE!!! I never disclosed to the other two companies what I've been quoted on or who I got a quote from. Based on their own survey everything was fine, no work needed to get done. Not only that but a week after I got a quote from MitchCo they called me back saying that If i did it today, they would do it for 10k.........what?! How do you go from 19k to 10k in a week? Not to mention that two other companies told me everything was perfectly fine. If anything I could get 1 to maybe 4 piers as a preventative measure. I would never recommend or even mention MitchCo to anyone. At this point I cant believe they are still in business, I wouldn't believe anything they tell you.

The customer service with this company is what I consider, first class. I notified MitchCo for foundation repair at the request of my 81 year old mother. This company had done previous work for her. Therefore, I knew that we would be in good hands. Mitch & his team came out and did a thorough inspection of our home. Once that was done, they sat down with us and went over everything in detail. We were explained step-by-step what was going to take place. We hired MitchCo and were glad we did. They did an excellent job on our foundation. I salute MitchCo to your attention.

Was very impressed. My neighbors, my family, everyone thought I needed my foundation leveled; I saved up some money and made the call for an estimate. MitchCo came out and explained my older house was settled and in tolerances. He could level the house but did not recommend I spend the money. I was ready to spend the money; you have to respect when a business puts customer education and service ahead of profit.
