He also educated me on what would make sense, and what would not make sense for such Type of. Foundation repair. It's rare to come across a company with the service nature of Ram Jack. As busy as they are, they found time to work me in within a week of my call and from the moment Trel Lloyd arrived (ahead of the appointed time) his genuine concern for the issues I'm facing was clearly evident! He started by asking me about my concerns and just what I was hoping to accomplish. He then shared some of his considerable knowledge in an effort to give me valuable information about Foundation issues which I know nothing about. He spent close to an hour using his equipment to do a thorough examination of my property. He responded with a detailed quotation on just what it would take to implement the needed services and materials. While the cost was significant and something I have to find the money for, it was lower than expected and considerably lower than a previous quote I had received from another company. I have a degree in engineering from the University of Texas in Austin and worked for Hewlett-Packard several years ago. I could tell from the information I was furnished that these are the people I will want to deal with in fixing my problems once I can scrape the financing together. Mr Lloyd could not have had a better approach in that his goal was to identify everything that was important to my decision and do so in an honest and straightforward manner. Once again his honesty, concern, and dedication to accuracy is something you rarely find in any contractor. As you can tell I recommend them highly and hope to be able to provide another review after I have them do the work. I suggest if you have Foundation issues that you follow through with Ram Jack and get their assessment since they will willingly share what they know.

Trel and Ramjack are fantastic. Trel was very thorough with his initial assessment, gave us a detailed plan to properly rectify the foundation issue and was with us throughout the whole process with great communication. Timely recontact after initial call, engineer was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Workers were fabulous, completing the job in 2 1/2 days, working in 100+ temps and very labor intensive. I have never ever seen such hard workers! They replaced everything and yard looked great! Ram Jack’s John Ramos came out and did our initial inspection. After reviewing John’s presentation, we were in agreement to have Ram Jack do our work. David Garcia, Quality Control Inspector came next and all measurements and numbers were finalized. Alex and his work crew arrived each day on time. Their truck was loaded with all necessary equipment and the crew worked each day meticulously. My neighbor next door told me he was impressed by the men working here and the neatness of work accomplished. All the serious wall cracks we had in and out, as well as the indoor door problems we had were resolved. So call Ram Jack for satisfaction!
