In the midst of 2020 pandemic chaos, Gartan Construction came through and built a stunning parklet in front of our restaurant. Gavin and his team worked quickly and accurately, allowing us to pivot to outdoor dining as fast as possible, without sacrificing quality. We are absolutely thrilled with their work! Our lovely parklet is complimented every day, and feels as if it has been there all along. It is tough, built-to-last, and most importantly, a cozy space to enjoy a meal with the people you love. Gavin and team redid our outdated kitchen, added a shower where a closet had been, installed a fireplace, repainted the living areas/ceiling and built amazing and complicated custom shelving around a curved wall. He listened attentively, problem solved options, had an amazing attention to detail and worked within our timeframe. I was skeptical about the home renovation process, Gavin made it smooth and easy. As a person who manages rental property I am very thankful that I found Gartan Construction. Always available on short notice and interacts and schedules with tenants so you don't need to be present. My last job had two quotes that were twice that of Gartan Construction. We all need specialists and to have a contractor you trust is invaluable
