I hired ibuild Construction to remove an interior, load bearing wall and remodel the kitchen and the bathrooms . Overall I was very pleased with the work, customer service, and the price. The job involved engineering plans, digging through and reinforcing the existing slab, installing a large structural beam, moving electrical, mechanical and plumbing, and putting the walls nicely back together and more. I'm pretty thorough (and had a bad contractor experience in the past) so I reached out to probably 10 companies about the job and got estimates from 5 of them. ibuild was the lowest quote and I got a good vibe from Ali so I hired him for the job. The job is now complete and I am very happy with my choice. The work was performed within the estimated time frame and the workers were very good at cleaning up after every work day. Most importantly, both the foreman and the owner himself were adamant about me being happy with the finished product. Any minor adjustments were taken care of quickly and without arguments. I would recommend this company for any construction job you may have.
