Would recommend. I worked with Saber and had a solid experience. There were a few minor bumps along the way on both sides but I am very appreciative of how they were able to accommodate my requests. Their sales approach wasn’t too pushy and ultimately they sold me on how it would be a fair price, which they delivered. I feel they do business honestly, with the manager, Michael, embodying this. As for the guys doing the real work; all class acts. Shoutout to Jose, George, both Chris’s and James. They were all professional, on-time, and genuinely nice dudes who capped off a pleasant business experience. So far I am very satisfied with the quality of work. I also have comfort in knowing that I have many years of warranty on the work completed.

We originally brought them out for what we thought was a small concrete issue, but once their team opened things up it was clear we had a much bigger problem. One corner of our slab had settled several inches, doors were sticking, and cracks were starting to show inside and outside the home. It was the kind of thing that could have turned into a real headache if it kept going. Albert and the crew from Saber walked us through everything in a way that actually made sense, no scare tactics, no pressure. They showed us exactly where the soil had failed and mapped out a plan with piers to lift and stabilize the house. The amount of precision they worked with was impressive. They took the time to prep the site right, kept everything clean, and you could tell nothing they did was rushed. The lift itself was wild to watch. They raised the slab back to level slowly and safely, and we literally watched cracks close as the structure came back into alignment. When they were finished, the home felt solid again with zero movement. They handled all of the concrete work around the piers, the patch back, and the cleanup with real professionalism. We brought in Saber after another contractor told us our settling patio was "normal" and nothing needed to be done. That did not sit right with us because the concrete had started dipping toward the house and water was pooling after every rain. He explained that the soil under the patio had washed out over time and the slab was beginning to shift toward the foundation. Since that job, we have used Albert and Saber for several other concrete projects and they have been consistent every time. Justin came out today for a quote to level my back patio. He was on time and very courteous. There was no hassle and no push to sign a contract.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Saber. The office staff and our salesman Andre were very efficient and always followed up with any questions we had. Our crew foreman Joe Delgado and his crew of Jesse and Fernando were punctual, friendly and polite. They explained everything as they went along and we were always kept in the loop during the whole process. Nate and Richard (poly team) also did a great job and we were very satisfied with the clean up at the end. We were very happy with our results and would definitely recommend Saber.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Saber. TLDR: The staff was awesome and the work was great! Paul (Design Specialist) walked us through everything. The way he explained things really set my mind at ease. It was a bigger project than I anticipated and he did a great job putting things into perspective. Tanisha (Project Manager) was super awesome. She made everything go super smoothly and made sure I had all the information I needed when I needed it. Justin (foreman) and crew (Richard and Gabriel) did the pier installation. They were an awesome and were communicative. They gave me status updates at the end of each day and I always knew where they were in the process and what would be happening the next day. Scott and crew (I cant remember the gentleman’s name) took care of the PolyLEVELing. They were awesome and they did a great job drilling holes in areas that are hard to notice as well as doing a great job filling the holes. Right now you couldn't tell any drilling occurred in the house unless you really look for it. The house is much more level. My doors are closing again and most importantly the foundation is stable and I can begin my interior repairs without worrying about our foundation moving!

Everyone at Saber Foundation Repair was a joy to work with. Everyone was on time and courteous, neat and the finished job was perfect! We just had a little porch repair, but I felt like we were just as important to Saber as a big job. Mark Cook gave us a really fair estimate, then when they gave us a date for the repair it was way too far out for our needs so, Mark worked with Holly and they were able to do the job much sooner and it worked out great! Angel, the foreman on my project was informative and courteous and the crew did a fantastic job. Just perfect!
