Advocate Foundation Repair

Nathan and Jacob and there team did a great job in keeping us in the know when working on our foundation. Even though the scope of work changed several times due to our house having a couple add ons. Even though the weather didn’t work out as planned they keep the work environment clean and professional.

Jacob came out last week and gave me a really good estimate. The crew he sent out this week came early and were very very good. They were friendly and professional. They left the yard in nice clean condition. I would recommend these guys very highly. Great Job.

Advocate did foundation repairs on our church in Nocona a number of years ago. They didn't hold up. We have had them out to look over what needed to be done to see if, 1. they were under warranty and 2. to see if we needed to pay to have things fixed...so, yes, we're willing to pay. Advocate has come out (twice) and acknowledged repairs are needed. They also acknowledged that some (not all) of our repairs needed are under warranty, and then, completely left us in the dark. No calls. No return calls. We have been by their offices...always with the promise that "we'll have Nathan get in touch with you ASAP." Nothing. The two times that we have gotten a response from Nathan, he's pulled the "this is the first time I'm hearing about this" number. I've never been so willfully ignored by any company or treated with such disregard. **He replied to this review, I sent an email with my office number and cell phone number, but I still haven't heard from the company. This is how it's been. I probably shouldn't be surprised...**

I highly recommend Advocate Foundation Repair. They recently did repair work at our home and we were extremely impressed. Nathan Moore is very professional, trustworthy and great to deal with. His crew was fantastic also. They too were professional and caring and did a great job. We can't thank them enough for the exceptional job they all did!

Did repairs to our patio. Gladly took our money. Called multiple times because the cracks almost immediately came back. Someone came out. Said that nothing they could do. Problem with the house. They did not refund our money. Cracks are the same as before and now they are ignoring our calls. We are in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this. They could have said they would have to do the house instead of taking $1600 and doing what amounts to nothing.

This company lost their BBB rating due to complaints. My specific issue is that they are very difficult to get a hold of for warranty work. Their initial response time was good but it seems they are struggling right now and not providing good support to previous customers. I started contacting them in 19 January 2023 for warranty services, today is May 11 and they've responded only a couple of times with no actual plan to stop by. I will probably have to contact another company to do the work and pursue legal advice on getting a refund from this company if they still exist.

They did an awesome job and the crew was great at answering all of my questions and explaining the process, which I found fascinating. They did a great job of clean up too. It is really nice to have level surfaces now! I would definitely recommend Nathan Moore and his Advocate Foundation Repair team!!!
