Jovon and Billy provided a great service and experience. First time home buyer here. 36 hour turnaround between scheduling the inspection and receiving inspection report. Fox performed three inspections for me. Two total home and one mold inspection. Jovon, Bill and Pete were incredibly thorough, patient and able to clearly/easily communicate even some of the more technical parts of the report. After getting the extensive reports and reading through them, I was able to follow-up with my inspectors with a list of questions and get everything answered and context provided. Ironically, we were told that sellers' agents HATE Fox because of Fox's 'pickiness' and identifying too many issues. As buyers, that feedback had the exact opposite impact for us - that was a ringing endorsement to use Fox. Easy to schedule, easy to sign agreements, easy to pay.

Two inspections were completed with Fox, one general inspection for a home purchase and sewer inspection for the same house. For the general inspection, I give 5 stars. Dustin did a great job, very thorough and honest with his recommendations. He took the time to explain all his findings and concerns. For the sewer inspection, I give them 2 stars. While I did not meet the inspector, the report indicated that "sewer lines were too small for their camera" and so they did not do 50% of the sewage lines. I just think they should have been prepared with the adequate equipment or adjust the fee charged. Therefore average 3 stars
