RedFish Inspections

Jose was friendly, wonderful and very informative. My realtor and I booked Redfish due to my realtor having good experiences and they inspect new builds. We booked the Ultra package because we wanted to EVERYTHING. We wanted to see the foundation condition , sewer/sewer line, and lawn irrigation system. The service was fast and the detailed. Jose arrived at 1pm and we received the written report at 5pm ON THE SAME DAY! We will definitely be using Redfish for our 1 year inspection.

The inspector, Robert Ramirez, was very thorough and did an excellent job. The report we received was very detailed and we now know what to have the builders fix. Robert was easy to work with, very responsive, and answered all our questions.

Steven did a fantastic job with our 1-year warranty home inspection. He was thorough, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. His detailed report helped us catch important issues before our builder warranty expired. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a solid, reliable home inspection!

Just bought a home, the inspector was very nice. We move in and he didn’t not advise that our laundry room had no dryer vent. I’m not going to notice that. So, they covered it getting fixed. No complaint there. He told us our A/C was good and it’s not. We are having to get it replaced. Now our plumbing is all backed it due to insufficient piping, which should have been caught as well (regardless of not being plumbers). We are looking at about 10000 dollars of missed items after being told it’s all good. If you do use these people, be sure to double and triple check.

Bill Smith, Stephen and Nick was sent out today to do an inspection here at a property I manage and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better team! They worked so well together, they were thorough and with such respect and professionalism and with that being said I really want to thank you guys for making this inspection so stress free!! I highly recommend calling Red Fish for all your inspection needs and I most definitely recommend requesting this team when you do! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO!

Richard Lewis is a very informative and knowledgeable inspector. He goes above and beyond by arriving early for inspection, informing us what to watch out for while living at home e.g. signs of foundation or structural problem, etc. He also explains to us really well his findings. Overall, I would recommend Richard and Redfish Inspection to future home owners.

You better pray to God you do not get this inspection company when selling your home. These guys almost cost by buyers to walk. They picked everything. This is not a brand new house. The things they came up with on the seawall was ridiculous. It took weeks to have other companies to come out to look at the seawall and it was just fine. horrible company made me stress out and the buyers for nothing. And you are not a professional HVAC contractor and you’re not an electrician and you’re definitely no expert seawalls. I would mention the inspector‘s name, but I’m trying to be kind which is very difficult for me. Horrible company!
