We had a good experience with Michael and the Stucco Check team. We had several questions leading up to the inspection and Michael was extremely patient, responsive and knowledgable when answering all of our questions. They were flexible when scheduling the inspection and were able to work around the other inspections that we had scheduled. We recently used Stucco Check when considering purchasing a 4 story home made entirely of stucco. These guys were a lifesaver on identifying extensive issues throughout the house that most likely permeated to the framework. They were also able to point out areas that seemed to be improperly repaired and repainted but not disclosed to us (despite requesting this information from the sellers). Our technician Colton was very personable and spent time walking us through the various areas of the house and explaining what the issues were and how they could be improved if we went forward. Ultimately, we walked away from the deal due to the high potential for this to be an extremely expensive and time-consuming repair (in addition to other issues found during the regular inspection). If you are considering a house made of stucco, DO NOT SKIP THE STUCCO INSPECTION. The extra money now can save you from a massive headache and regret in the future.
