Arielle Was Fantastic Helped explain how things are going with our system. She did the A/C Maintenance. Told me how to keep up with the filters, which was helpful to help keep the air flowing. Cleaned off our coils on the Condenser that was really dirty, the Air is flowing better now through the top. She did an Amazing job. Went above and Beyond.

As long term customers we have always had great service. Today took the service to excellent. I am new to being the gatekeeper for the AC and heating maintenance. Arielle arrived promptly and I explained I needed to be educated. She was excellent. Patient, knowledgeable, provided easily understood responses to my questions. She respected my position and truly went the extra mile to understand each of the annual maintenance appointments. Thank you to the Freschi Team you never disappoint and I hope to see Arielle on my next appointment.

Fabian did an excellent job on a semi-annual PM service of our Lennox heat pump system. He called to notify about 40 minutes before arrival. He checked all the standard parameters and explained clearly the various test points and expected values, more thoroughly than most previous service technicians. Very professional and personable. He’s sharp and has worked in all the departments of Freschi Service Experts, so he brings a broad perspective to the customer interface. Our 8 year HVAC has had relatively light duty in our mild climate zone. It has been on the PM program and worked since installation, but Fabian discovered that the system was not heating sufficiently to a higher temperature (e.g. only ^~15 deg. rather ^~30+ deg. higher at registers) when thermostat setting was increased ~15 deg. above ambient. This did not meet specifications and he confirmed it was because a circuit board jumper had not been properly clipped upon original installation for this unit. He clipped the jumper, fixing the problem. Retesting showed the heat gain was corrected.

I was most impressed by the knowledge and skill of the Freschi representative, Fabian Montoya. He took time to not only completely service the system Freschi installed, but when asked, explained the processes actions. Expectations were exceeded beyond anything I could have hoped for.

Kevin Sheehan came out twice, first for fall furnace prep and second to install a new igniter. Fantastic service--courteous helpful service, clear explanations, prompt arrivals, careful, accurate work. We could not be happier.

Fab was very knowledgeable. He explains things very clearly and was a true professional. I hope more technicians can learn from his expertise! He talked me into upgrading my service and I’m glad I did. If anything goes wrong with any of my equipment, it will be replaced. And they change my filter every 4 months. Thanks again Fab. You are top notch!!

This would've been a five star review, but I'm giving it three based on my interactions in the process. The installers did work very hard and did a good job in their work and the tech that came to help ensure that it was working was very thorough in the process of getting the equipment to run as intended. David chili and Fab. The reason I did not put the final two stars was the initial Assessment of the scope of work to be performed and advantages disadvantages as I switched from a traditional furnace to a heat pump. There is a slight change in the way the heating and cooling is provided when switching from propane gas to heat pump, I would've liked to have been informed of what differences I would expect when switching from one to another.
