I'm moving into a new home and my realtor (who is also amazing) recommended Taze (Fresh Stuctures PNW) to do my inspection. Not only does he have a cool name, he's a thorough professional too. He found things that I guarantee I would not have seen until too late and I would have been responsible for taking care of those items. Taze was amazing to work with! Very friendly, communicative, and thorough with his work. He went through our first time home purchase with a fine tooth comb and left no stone unturned. He was very accommodating to our timeline and was readily available when needed. The inspection report we received was detailed but easily digestible for my partner and I to comprehend.
