Russell did a very thorough inspection that took about four hours, and I received the detailed report the next day. He was on time, polite, and explained the important issues clearly. His partner handled the sewer quickly and efficiently. The report was easy to navigate/read and highlighted key concerns. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice, which gave me extra time to consider my options. While the price was a little higher than some other quotes I received, I think it was worth it for the quality, professionalism, and peace of mind.

Russ did a great job inspecting our new build. Russ found some important items that will save us in the long run that the builder and city/county inspectors did not (nothing major, builder is great). Russ covered the whole home and all system and put tother a report for us to document recommended care and maintenance.
