Our inspection was done by Matt, and he graciously took as much time as we needed after the inspection to talk to us on the phone and walk us through things. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and realistic about things. He advised us on things we did not need to do that would've been superfluous, and advised us on things we really should get taken care of. We definitely feel like we got everything we needed out of the home inspection.
