I can’t say enough good things about Matt Burns and his team as they did the impossible in my mind. They remediated a major mold issue caused by an incompetent flooring company that put the wrong moisture barrier down which caused black mold to grow (see pics) Matt really restored my faith in people that do care and are not unethical just looking to make a buck at the expense of the costumer. I thought all my cabinets needed to removed but Matt had a plan and it worked out perfectly! No cabinets removed and all mold cleared and house tested for safety. I would 100% recommend using Restoration XP again as well as to anyone asking. Clean, professional and top notch customer service! Give these guys a raise!

Daniel was awesome! He was so professional and helped make the whole restoration process a lot more manageable. I had my entire house flood with all this heavy rain and was so stressed, but he and explained everything in a way I could understand and made sure I was taken care of. If I could give 10 stars I would!

8-12-25 Just saw their reply. Didn't let them fool you. The red tag they are talking about is for a construction permit I had that had nothing to do with them. Besides it's very common to get red tags. Far as me doing my own work I had to because they would never show up. Besides you don't have to have a license to do work on your own house. These people are crooks and will take advantage of you from the moment they open their mouth. That's okay they can say what they want on this review but we got the evidence and proof that the jury will see. I'll have the last laugh once we get to court. 7-22-25 Update. Almost two years and the court date is approaching. Still haven't received our money back. Well let everyone know the outcome of trial. I'm the meantime beware and stay away from these crooks They are slow, lie, and most importantly steal your money. Beware. Have had nothing but a bad experience with them and fired them. The little work they had done was not done properly and had to finish myself. They hire crews from home Depot parking lot and then those people steal your tools 10-19-23 Update. This was their response to better business bureau. Just want people to see how they lie. The red tag they mentioned was on my part because I did an addition to house that was not in their scope of work and I got my own permit. The red tag was for putting house wrap on sheathing before having a nail inspection. I corrected it the same day and very next day it was inspected and passed. I have nothing to gain or lose from this. I just want people to be aware of these con artist. We learned the hard way and when you go through a disaster like we did you don't need the added stress that these people created for us. Just a warning to be aware. They come in right after a fire, talk a good game but never follow through. Also attached is where I complained about the tile removal and how it was supposed to be done but to this day is still like the way they left it and called it done.

Dustin went above and beyond for us. He showed up on time, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure the work was done perfectly. His professionalism and work ethic stand out. Restoration XP is lucky to have him!

Lightning struck my house which caused a fire and Restoration XP was on it! They did a pack out and rush on textiles. They keep me updated on the process and currently let me know my contents are being cleaned. Restoration XP did an amazing job with my clothes! They inventoried every clothing that was salvageable to have rushed to be cleaned and when they brought it back the clothes came back looking and smelling good!
