He was also more thorough than the competition, and the only one who identified a rusted tension cable that needed to be addressed during the estimate. He also included chain tightening, lubrication, testing/calibration, a professional invoice, a 5-year parts warranty, and even a tutorial on programming and remote access configuration as part of his service. I highly recommend these guys!!

Garage broke middle of the day on a Sunday.. Called and Andrew showed up at the front end of the 2-hr window (which was nice!) explained the issue, fixed the cables, rollers, and reinforced the bracket in a very timely manor. Andy is great. Answered my call on a Sunday and was able to discuss my issue and provide a rough estimate of the repair over the phone. He showed up on time and walked me through everything that needed to be fixed and what would be optional. It was a very fair price for coming same day and on a Sunday. I called about a repair and Andy was out the same day. He gave me a couple options and also recommended replacing our cables as they were corroded and could cause a future problem. When we decided to move forward, Andy performed his services quickly and efficiently despite the cold temps.
