SHADY and OVERPRICED! He barely spoke English and I thought he would replace more parts! Labor at around $300 per hour and charged $250 for 2 cables. I needed it done but should have shopped around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND , this 1 STAR WILL STAY FOREVER. Also insists on you giving a 5 star review and wants to take a picture of it.

Stay away from them. Please do not use this company. They completely overcharge their customers and take advantage of people in desperate situations. They charge you just to come out to give a quote which makes you pressured to complete the service so you won't get another quote to see they are way overcharging for their services. When they ask if you are happy with their service and you respond no and why. They will not respond back.

Kadri came out today, replaced my spring and my door is finally working again! Amazing service, and I called this morning and they came out 2 hours later!!

Rates were double what Over Head door quoted and did the job for! You guys tried to take advantage of my 85 yr old veteran Mother. Very disturbing!!!

I called this morning to schedule an appointment for a quote. Brandon came out within two hours and was actually able to fix my garage door motor and opener the same day! Service was prompt and professional. Thank you again!
