Duane and his team did an excellent job fixing my garage door openers, which were randomly opening on their own. I contacted Astoria Garage Door Repair in the middle of the day, and Duane clearly explained the different opener options and possible solutions. The prices were fair, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure my garage doors were working smoothly and got everything done the same day. I truly appreciated the fast response, especially considering the busy season. I would definitely recommend their garage door repair services!

when one of the springs on my garage door broke, i was feeling really stressed because i needed to get my car out of the garage to pick up my husband from the airport. i searched online for garage door repair in astoria and called a local company. duane answered my call and assured me that everything would be taken care of quickly. the technician, jaime, arrived soon after and did a fantastic job fixing the broken spring. jaime was friendly, professional, and made sure the garage door was working smoothly before leaving. i am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend this garage door installer to anyone in astoria looking for reliable help!

Our old garage door opener stopped working, and the chain slipped off because the rollers were getting stuck. I tried to fix it myself, but the whole garage door system was just too old and worn out. I was always nervous about the door bouncing open every time we left home, so I decided it was finally time for a new setup. I reached out to a local garage door repair company, and Jaime helped coordinate my appointment. Although they were pretty busy and I had to wait about a week, it was worth it. When the technician, Nathan, arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took a close look at everything, quickly figuring out which parts were still good and which ones needed replacement, like the old roller wheels and the outdated motor. Nathan installed a new motor, along with a fresh chain and travel rod. He also adjusted the connecting arm for smoother movement. For extra safety, he put in new safety cables inside the springs, making sure they wouldn’t snap and fly across the garage if anything ever broke. Now, the door feels completely renewed—it moves smoothly and quietly, both by hand and with the new opener. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. I’m really happy with the service and highly recommend this garage door repair team to anyone needing repairs or upgrades.

Astoria Garage Door Repair is truly top-notch. I needed both garage door springs replaced and had called around before, but other places were either unfriendly or asked for way too much money. When I reached out to Astoria Garage Door Repair, they arrived on time and finished the job quickly, even though I spent some time chatting and joking with Nathan. Everyone I spoke with, from the person who answered the phone to the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Their sense of humor and strong work ethic stood out. Not only did they replace my springs, but they also gave my garage door a full tune-up as part of the service, without charging extra. Nathan took time to explain how my garage door system works and gave me tips on how to maintain it and which lubricant to use. Before leaving, he made sure everything was running smoothly, and now my garage door is so quiet—it’s amazing. What really impressed me is that they also support the military, which means a lot to me. If you want honest pricing, great service, and a team that truly cares, this is the garage door company for you. Nobody else will ever work on my garage door from now on!
