George and Jay recently installed my new garage doors, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the options and helped me choose the perfect doors for my home. The installation process was smooth and quick, and they left everything clean and tidy. Called L & L because my garage door was sticking and lost 2 rollers (we inherited the system when we bought the house a year ago.) They were super nice and helpful, going through the parts that were safe for me to replace (and safest practices to do so,) the parts that would be safest for them to deal with, and letting me know they are available for either type of repair if I need them. While talking to them, we determined the opener is almost 20 years old (!), and I feel confident that when I need them (nothing lasts forever,) they’re just a phone call away.

Quoted a fair price for the installation of insulated garage door. Easy scheduled a date and time…and they were on time! Did a great job of the installation, cleaned up and took away the old door and hardware. Five Starsb

Initial call was great. Rep was assertive and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Good at explaining various types of garage doors and materials. I wanted a real quote so I requested for someone at their company to look at my garage. They took down my address and phone number. No one showed & I never got a call the day and time the appointment was set up for. Either they forgot or just didn't want my business. I cannot rely on businesses like this as if this were an emergency, I definitely could not of relied on this company. This to me is not professional and not acceptable.

From the initial call to installation, LL Doors were very professional. They just finished installing my garage door and it looks great. Before the left they made sure they explained all the features. They were not rushing out until I felt comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I've had two garage door "emergencies," and each time service was next day, fairly priced, and done well. In both cases, the person on the phone went the extra mile to help me with a quick-fix until the repair person was able to come the next day.

I had some damage to my garage door and called these guys because there was a small placard on my garage door with their info, I'm assuming they did the initial installation before I bought the place. Had someone come out to give a quote for the repairs along with a quote for a full replacement as I considered this due to its age. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on a full replacement and recommended just repairing as it had a good amount of life left in it. So that was the plan. The office called to schedule the repair one day the following week between 10am-4pm, so I planned on being home from work but nobody showed up. When I called they said somebody would come tomorrow instead, which was no good to me as I couldn't plan to be home again the entire next day. We scheduled for another day the following week between 9am-1pm, but again, nobody showed up. They said they were backed up and other jobs took longer than expected. Whatever the reason, this was unprofessional and a waste of my time. I can't keep scheduling days with them and staying home from work hoping one of these times they actually show up to do the job.
