My experience with Pioneer Door was outstanding from beginning to end. I reached out to them at 7 AM, and by 9 AM, they were at my doorstep for an estimate. Their punctuality was impressive, but what truly stood out was their preparedness. Not only did they arrive promptly, but they also had all the necessary parts on their truck, eliminating any delays. After quickly assessing the situation, I decided to proceed with a torsion spring conversion. By 11 AM, the job was done, and my garage door was working flawlessly. Throughout the process, their technician, Sergio, demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism. I was thoroughly impressed by his expertise and attention to detail. Pioneer Door has earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially with technicians like Sergio, to anyone in need of garage door services.

I went to Pioneer Door Inc for help for a house I just bought that had a sticker on the garage door of this company. I assume the previous owners used them. When I called, a "dispatcher" told me that Pioneer Door Inc's owner has retired and sold off the his business to a larger business. I figured I would give it a shot. We had an appointment today between 11-3pm on 10/28/2025. No one ever came or called to let us know they were not coming. I may change the review if they are able to rectify this issue. Again, be aware the Pioneer Door Inc is no more.

This morning Carlos and his helper came to install my new garage door. They showed during the time window I was given.They were both very kind and friendly. They completed the job in 2 hrs. Was amazed by how fast they worked. Carlos was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Thank you both for your hard work today. I also had a great experience with this company as a whole from start to finish. The office staff was very nice and upfront about informing me of a delay and made it easy to speed the process by offering a different solution which got my order back on track. I would recommend them for all your garage door needs they do an exceptional job.

The team at Pioneer Door provided first class service. Initial call with Kim was no pressure and helped with what the lady of the house envisioned. Burgandi helped with the quotation and was very nice to speak to, she setup a meeting with Nick to take measurements and plan the day of installation to make the install seamless. A deposit was made and installation date was scheduled once the door was manufactured. George and Carlos our installers were very polite and detailed. They spent a lot of time working on adjustments and alignments so the door ran smoothly and freely without the motor and then with the motor. An item was missing and a quick call had Kim delivering the part. The installers explained how the door worked and did a final lubrication, function test, and wipe down of all finger prints. They also took pictures of everything I’m sure for Pioneer Doors Quality Control. I’m a very satisfied customer and appreciate the level of service and attention to detail I received from Pioneer Door and would recommend them to friends and family! Custom sized AMARR insulated door in modern black finish with side operating jackshaft motor.

Everyone at Pioneer Door was very professional and courteous. Estimator and Installers were very knowledgeable. My garage doors were very old/original and not symmetrical openings, but they built up where necessary to make the new doors fit perfectly. My concrete below the doors sags in the outside corners (leaves a small gap), but I will have the concrete leveled out to seal it up. Their estimate was slightly lower than another one I got, and Pioneer was much more detailed about the work needed and seemed more competent. I have used them once before for my own home over 4 years ago and all work was great with no problems at all. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
