Rush Overhead Door

Rush Overhead Door did a fantastic job! There were 2 guys ( I think one of them was a guy named James. I didn't catch the other guys name). They did a great job by letting us know what the problem was and they fixed in a timely manner. The charge was reasonable also. Thank you for your work Rush!

Very easy to work with another company wanted a fee for an estimate, finished getting work done for nearly the same as the cost for estimate. Tech was very effiecent and knowledgeable work was done in just over an hour on 3 doors.

They showed up on time and did a great job replacing springs and a cable. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Well, as you have probably read in other reviews, garage door torsion break and explode from time to time. The things you learn as a homeowner! My garage was obviously struggling to open with only 1 operational spring and it was a serious safety issue for my wife and kids. No way am I risking that! I called a couple numbers found on Google and was getting a hold of larger corporations with hold times and annoying machines. I ended up reaching a local company within about 30 minutes of me, and they pointed me to Rush since they are here in Bartlesville. I spoke to the owner and he was kind, candid, and straight to the point. He even educated me quite a bit on the call regarding garage mechanics that I didn't know. I thought, "well crap, does my motor need replaced too? The entire center track? what?" But nope! Even on the phone call he was trying to save ME money! I knew immediately this was my guy. He was able to get one of his guys out the very next day. He was prompt, called when he was on his way, and was quick and efficient! I opted to have both springs replaced. He had it done in no time at all, and inspected and greased everything up. WONDERFUL! I try to stay local on any kind of service like this, and these guys did not disappoint. They have been doing this for decades, they care, and all of this at an affordable price!

Wow! I am in just utter disbelief. The person the phone was so warm and inviting. Joked around with my morbid sense of humor. Told me it would most likely be tomorrow as it was 2pm. @ 2:05pm my wife gets a call they will be there in 10 mins. At 2:17 the man pulls up. I told him i need a est. on a new garage door its broken. He said no it not. 100 dollar parts and your good to go. At 2:50pm, he was done and it was 136.42 with tax. He done some other things i requested him to do. Belt tighting, panel repair. This company is a local company, do not go with big companies.
