Emily in the main office was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great and responded quickly when I reached out. Aaron came and repaired the torsion springs on our garage door. Did a general inspection and recommended some additional maintenance items which included replacing the rollers and the seal at the bottom. He said would take him about 3 hours and he was done right on time. Not sure how competitive their prices are, but will use them again and recommend to others.

Purchased a home that had used this company previously to inspect the garage door motors. I called them, they were able to pull up the prior notes and let me know what the issue was without having to go back out again. I really appreciated this! Then, they sent me a quote with 3 pricing options. I selected my choice and they were out there 2 days later, installing a new garage door motor and they worked with my tenants schedule. Tenant said the door is working now and I can't complain! Great customer service!

Allen came out today and fixed an issue we've been having for quite a while, he kept troubleshooting until he figured it out. He was personable, communicative, and hard working. We've had the other company come out 2 times to fix this issue and it was only slightly rigged. Glad we decided to try Overhead Door Specialists today!

Overhead Door Specialists were absolutely phenomenal. My 2 bay, 3 car garage was becoming very noisy and was not gliding smoothly in the tracks. Yesterday, one of my top roller wheels came out of the guide and twisted the wheel bracket 90 degrees. I called OHS and they scheduled a visit by a GREAT install/repair serviceman named Alan. He performed a complete evaluation of BOTH my garage doors, explained to my wife what was needed and repaired and realigned the rails and wheels in about 2 hours. The price was very good and the garage doors are quieter AND smoother than after the initial installation 6 years ago. OHS and Alan are amazing and I’ll never use anyone else in town again. Thank you ALAN.

Alan did a thorough job assessing and repairing our 2 garage doors. He explained all the work he was doing, answered all our questions & cleaned up the area. He was polite & respectful while at our home. Now our doors are much quieter. Great job!

I had two different techs from Overhead Door. Both were knowledgeable. I'm so happy with my new door opener. The other door needed some adjustments and now moves and sounds like the side with the new door opener. In the past, I've had such bad experiences with another company and dreaded getting it fixed. Overhead did a wonderful job and it was a very pleasant experience this time
