The experience that I had with SouthEastern OHD was exemplary! They were very attentive to all of my needs. And their communication was on point. It took some time from start to finish but I know understand that is to be expected. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that inquires.
Had a issue with one of the overhead doors at my job facility. My General Manager made a call to Southeastern Overhead Door for repair service, two repair technicians Tommy and Simon came out to assess the non-operation of the door in question. With in minutes the issue was identified and repair was completed in less than 10 minutes and now working flawlessly. Just wanted to say we're very pleased with Southeastern Overhead Door and the sharp professionalism, knowledge and courtesy of Tommy and Simon.
Wow. Dom and Simm came out and rescued me this morning. I was stuck in my garage because of a broken spring. They diagnosed and quickly fixed me up. Excellent professional service. I highly recommend this team and Southeastern Door!

I called for two issues. I never could get the My Q set up and most recently the door kept stopping about 3/4 of the way when closing. It would then open all of the way. Julio was wonderful. He was courteous and explained what he was doing while trouble shooting my problem. He was very knowledgeable and aware of some previous issues with the system board. He set it up on my phone, my clicker and showed me how to add family to be able to use the system. Of course the door wouldn’t act up when he was here so to be continued. I would highly recommend him.
Rylie and Nicky installed our new door today. They were both very respectful and so nice! One of the panels appeared to be damaged during shipment, but the office was contacted on the spot and a new one was ordered immediately. The door looks great, and is very quiet. I would recommend this company!
