I was having a problem with a broken spring on my garage door. Called a couple companies and found one who said they could repair it for a reasonable price. All said and done, the guy who came out did a poor job and charged way more then was discussed. When he left it did not work. That Company would not return my calls. Fortunately, I found Horizon and they agreed to come take a look at my door problems. As a result, my door is fixed properly, and I was treated like a customer should be. Horizon Garage door Service is now my go to for all future needs with the garage door. I am recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank You Horizon! Gary E

So happy I went with this company. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and thorough when checking out every aspect of the garage door and opener to make sure everything is working. No hidden costs, very honest about parts that are needed and only recommend necessary things. You just don’t find honest companies like this anymore! Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The guys were at my house in 30 minutes. Fixed our off-track garage door, lubricated all the parts and even repositioned the opener. It took them less than 45 minutes. Very nice. Very professional. Great price. Highly recommend. I'm keeping their contact in my phone.

Horizon Garage Door Service came out looked at our garage doors and Garage door opener. Gave me an estimate Ifor everything I needed fixed. There was no upsetting of services. They fixed everything for a very reasonable price and everything was fixed and now is working as it should. If you are having issues with any thing to do with your Garage doors or openers don't hesitate to call them. You know winter is on the way and you don't want to be dealing with problems when it's-30. Brad & Ray at Horizon Garage Door Services did a great job! They came and installed a new opener and replaced rollers on 2 of our shops doors. They were very knowledgeable & their pricing was amazing. I would highly recommend them.
