I was once again very happy with the service that Overhead Garage Door provided. I have used them in the past and they continue to hit the mark every time. They came the same day that I called and were quick to repair my door. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered a few questions I had about routine maintenance of the door. Once again I am very pleased with the service they provided and I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener broke and I called Overhead to check on availability to repair/ replace. They were friendly, available in short time, and completed the work efficiently. The technician cleaned up all trash and broken parts after completing installation of the new opener, and the price I was quoted over the phone is the price I paid after service was completed. Job well done!

Just had Justin and Brandon out today to install two overhead doors. One was a 10x16 and the other a 8x9. Both doors where completed in one day and done with a great deal of pride and professionalism. This entire process from start with Kevin our salesman thru installation with Justin and Brandon has been nothing short of excellent. The torsion spring on one of our garage doors broke. It's a very old garage door system, but was still working fine, so I called Overhead Door of BG to see if they would repair it. The person I spoke with said she would get the request to their scheduling department to get back to me. A few hours later, a team showed up at our home to repair it! The repair price was very reasonable, I thought. Only "complaint" was that they showed up for repair before I spoke with them again, and before I'd had a chance to let my wife know. But, I did miss a couple of calls while at work shortly after I made the original call; I'm assuming that was from the company trying to schedule the repair, so that was not their fault! Very happy with the repair; my only advice to people calling them would be to give them a couple of phone numbers, so they can reach you or a partner, as they appear to be very fast at responding! Or, just ask them to speak with you about a time/date window and price estimate before they come out. But, still, I want to emphasize that they were very prompt, professional (my wife, who was at home when they came, said they were very nice and professional), and the cost of the repair was very reasonable! They also did not expect payment at time of service, and left an invoice with my wife, which helps if a repair happens more quickly than you're expecting. Will definitely call them again if I need garage door repairs or new installations. Highly recommend with no reservations.

I called Overhead Door Company about my garage door problem and within an hour a repairman was at my house. He had my opener fixed and working better than ever in 30 minutes. Very surprised and pleased.

Overhead arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in a professional manner. Technician was efficient, polite and friendly. Good job at the quoted price.

Overhead installed our garage door more than 20 years. We always call them if we have an issue. Recently, one of the springs had broken the morning we went to leave the house. We called Overhear immediately. They were there the same morning. They replaced the springs in about 40 minutes. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. They are our go to company!
